Yes It's Time for Salsa
I remember a few year's ago my wife, kids and I were invited to a family get together at Uncle
Hershel's (my Wife's Uncle) house. It was gonna be a small gathering of her family is what my
wife said to me."John, its only gonna be 20 or so people." She said. "Just whip something up
that everyone would enjoy." Right! Like thats easy. Hey just 20 or so different palates and
tastes. Make something for them all to eat. "Fine, I'll make something..." I said.
I've never catered professionally. Given the dynamics of how a kitchen operates it's hard to
imagine making multiple items at one site then transporting said items to another to serve and
still be quality. If you cater for a living or have ever catered in any capacity. My hat is off to you.
You are awesome! As for me and catering, not so much.
